What is missing
The checked Games, Badges and Game Passes API responses do not supply a patch-note feed, version string or feature list for the 25 October timestamp. That does not prove the developer never published notes elsewhere. Experience creation is not a confirmed public launch date, and badge timestamps do not establish an event window.
